Overview

OnTime is a combination of software applications and internet based services that work together to manage your business and bring your customers closer to you. The platform and system are built entirely on open standards, eliminating the requirement for hardware upgrades for your current computers. In development for more than 3 years and composed of millions of lines of programming code, you can look forward to a stable system and platform. The OnTime Mobile application is written for Windows Mobile and is Microsoft certified.

Applications and Products

There are four applications---OnTime Management Suite, OnTime Dispatch, a Customer Web Portal and OnTime Mobile, and three products---Standard, Professional and Enterprise. Portions of each of the applications are included in the Standard and Professional products. The Enterprise edition contains all four applications in their entirety.

Regardless of your company size, you’ll see that OnTime will reduce costs, streamline activities and provide a level of technology and information that prior to this time has only been available to the largest of companies. This includes addressing issues such as billing, driver routing and communication, revenue generation, dispatching, call center activity, marketing and online tracking and tracing. Application compatibility is important whenever an organization deploys new software in an existing environment. OnTime is built on open standards which allows it to integrate data with other Line of Business (LOB) programs such as Crystal Reports, QwikBooks and payroll services, Excel for analysis and graphing, local access to SQL Server data and XML web services.

Data Security

Security and privacy are taken seriously and measures are taken to ensure your data kept confidential.

• All data connections to and from the server can be optionally enabled with 128 bit SSL encryption
• All data on the Windows Mobile device and on the desktop are stored in encrypted databases, making it very difficult to penetrate cached data
• WAP enabled devices are automatically logged out after a configurable period of time to ensure protection even if a driver loses his phone
• Three-tier architecture on the server prevents data from being exposed to hackers on the internet
• The OnTime Customer Web Portal is protected in a similar way with three-tier architecture to reduce surface area attacks on the site
