Overview

OT Dispatch is a Dispatch and Customer Service Application which is so user friendly that virtually anyone is able to enter orders. The real-time software also gives the user the ability to dispatch remotely.

The OnTime System brings critical data together in meaningful ways for the dispatcher to better do his / her job. Customer, driver, location, route, and rate data entered through the OnTime Management Suite application, provides the dispatcher with everything they need to quickly place accurate orders every time.

Instant access to customer records is available on the streamlined order entry screen. Each customer's contracted rates can be stored in their profile making it easy for the dispatcher to see the exact rates for that customer. This prevents billing errors that add to your costs.

Using route and location data, the dispatcher not only sees where drivers have been, but by using OnTime's smart planning feature, OT Dispatch suggests the best drivers for a particular order. Dispatchers can confirm this via the real-time text messaging features that allow dispatchers to communicate directly with one or all of their drivers.
